Rick Lavin, Founder and Managing Partner of Goodheart Properties, is a Massachusetts licensed Real Estate Broker and, in appropriate instances, will act as a Buyer’s Broker or a Seller’s Broker, for real estate transactions on the Outer Cape or in the City of Boston. Rick has lived in the Boston area, and traveled to the Outer Cape, for the past 35 years; owned a number of luxurious homes in Boston and a cottage on the Atlantic Ocean in Truro; developed extremely high-end estates on the Outer Cape; and practiced law in Massachusetts for decades.

As Buyer’s Broker
